Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbs. potatoes, raw, slicedsalt pepper nutmeg 1 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese 1 cup milk 1 egg butter
Directions:
Hopefully this is something close to what you wanted, same name anyway.Grease casserole with butter. Alternate layers of potatoes, seasonings and cheese. Mix milk and egg and pour over potatoes. Bake about one hour in the oven at about 375 degrees. Top with more cheese towards end of baking. |
