Hot Jerky Recipe

  Beef

Ingredients:
1 pound meat(beef,chicken,turkey,pork)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup liquid pepper sauce
3 Tbsps Liquid Smoke Flavoring

Directions:
Marinate meat at least 6 hours, preferably 24 hours. Bake at lowest oven temperature 6 to 12 hours, until thoroughly dry. Store at room temperature in airtight containers or in plastic bags.
