Steaks w/Jalapeno-Peach Salsa Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 fresh peaches1 large red bell pepper, diced 1 to 2 jalapeno or serrano chiles, seeded & minced 1 T. balsamic vinegar 4 (1-inch thick) Beef T-bone Steaks Salt & pepper
Directions:
Peel & dice peaches. Toss with bell pepper, minced chile, and balsamic vinegar. Cover & chill 30 minutes.Grill T-bone steaks, without grill lid over medium-high heat 7-8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve with salsa. |
