Candied Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. tiny marshmallows(optional)
pecans(optional)

Directions:
Cut potatoes in slices. Place a layer in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt, dot with butter. Continue layering until all ingredients are used ending with sugar and butter.

Bake uncovered at 375*F for about 30 minutes. Add marshmallows the last 5 minutes of cooking, brown lightly.
Serves 6.
