White Chocolate -Macadamia Cookies Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped 2 cups white chocolate (or almond bark) broken into bite size chunks
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate. (Use white chocolate chips if desired.) Drop by heaping teaspoonsful onto greased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slighlty before removing from baking sheets. Yield: approx. 6 dozen cookies.
