Ingredients:
6 tablespoons olive oil2 cloves garlic -- crushed 1 pound tomatoes, fresh -- peeled, sieved 1 tablespoon basil -- minced 1 teaspoon sugar salt to taste
Directions:
Blanch garlic in hot oil; add other ingredients, lower heat and cook 30 mins, stirring occasionally. | |
