Ingredients:
10 wieners10 6-inch wooden sticks 3 cups Bisquick baking mix 3 eggs 1 cup milk Oil for frying Mustard
Directions:
Stick each wiener firmly on a stick, and pat with a cloth to make sure it is dry. Mix Bisquick, eggs, and milk to form thick batter. Dip each wiener in batter, thoroughly coating it. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. Slowly immerse wieners, 2 or 3 at time, into hot oil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with a bowl of mustard, for dunking. Serves 4 to 6 teens.
