Easy Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp sugar
12 oz. can beer (room temp)
1 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and beer; stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loafpan.

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until bread tests done. Brush with melted butter. Remove from pan, cool on wire rack.
1 loaf.
