Ingredients:
redfish filletslemon juice butter salt&white pepper sweet paprika worchestershire sauce
Directions:
In my opinion Redfish is one of the finest eating fish in the world. The rest of the world recently discovered this, and only recently has Redfish become commonly available: and then only in the deep South. Ten years ago it was so over fished that local authorities had to intervene. It seems to have made a good comeback.Whatever you do don't blacken it. Just throw a little lemon juice on it one hour before cooking. Garnish with a little Paprika for color, and broil in butter until it flakes. Add S&P, and serve. Add Worcestershire while broiling if you need to serve with a heavier wine, or if you just like it that way. |
