Tangy Tomato Turkey Pita Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 medium fresh tomatoes1 1/2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce 1 cup(6 oz.)smoked turkey breast, cut in 3/4-inch cubes 3/4 cup orange segments 1/3 cup thinly sliced mild onion 4 large(6-in.)pita breads, cut in halves 1 cup Cumin Yogurt Dressing(recipe included) Cumin Yogurt Dressing: 1 8-oz. container nonfat yogurt 1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Use tomatoes held at room temperature until fully ripe; core tomatoes; coarsely chop(about 3 cups).In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, lettuce, orange segments and onion. Just before serving, fill each pita half with a generous 1/2 cup of the mixture; drizzle with about 1 1/2 tablespoons Cumin Yogurt Dressing. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cumin and salt. Makes 4 servings each with 289 calories, 5 g fat and 18 mg. cholesterol.
