Breaded Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. green chives chopped
1 t. dried basil
4 t margarine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half, sprinkle a little salt and pepper over them. Melt butter or margaring. Mix dry ingredients. Pour melt butter into mix. Stir until coated with butter, spoon onto tomatoes. Bake at 350 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Makes 8 servings.
