Ingredients:
1 1/2 Lbs. Hamburg1 envelope onion soup mix 1/4 cup flour 1 cup water 10 oz pkg. frozen corn 6-8 potatoes
Directions:
In a large saucepan boil potatoes until done. In a pan or microwave cook and drain corn. Set aside.In a skillet brown hamburg. Drain well. Stir in flour, mixing in well. Add approximately 1 cup of water. I don't measure the water. I just pour in water until I can just start to see it through the hamburg. Stir in onion soup mix. Cook over med-high heat stirring until it comes to a boil and cook till thickens. Place in a 13"x9"x2" pan. Add corn over the top. Mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt& pepper. Spoon onto corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
