Marinated Vegetables Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 cucumber1 head cauliflower 1 bunch broccoli 3 stalks celery with leaves 2 cups cherry tomatoes 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup ripe olives 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red pepper 1/4 teaspoon basil 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Directions:
Do not pare cucumber. Cut into thin wafers. Break cauliflower into flowerettes. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Cut celery into 2 inch lengths. Combine vegetables and olives in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Blend thoroughly. Pour over vegetables. Toss to mix. Refrigerate overnight.Serves 6.
