Ingredients:
1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped chives 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2/ c. broccoli flowerets 2 c. cauliflower flowerets 2 c. sliced carrots 1 red onion, sliced
Directions:
Pour vinegar into medium mixing bowl; slowly whisk in oil until combined. Whisk in mayonnaise, chives, mustard and seasonings; mix well. Combine vegetables; pour dressing, tossing well. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.Yield: 12-15 servings as appetizers or side dishes. |
