Grilled Vidalia Onions Recipe | |

Ingredients:
one onion per personolive oil butter thyme fresh garlic, pressed (about 1 small clove per onion) foil wrap for each onion
Directions:
Into each square of foil, place a small pat of butter, a tsp. olive oil, pinch of thyme, and a bit of pressed garlic. Place the onions on top of each and sprinkle them with another tsp. olive oil, pinch of thyme, bit of garlic and a small pat of butter. Now wrap the onions up very well and place on a very hot grill for about 30-45 minutes. We love these when we cook steak out on the grill!
