Ingredients:
Crab, as much as requiredCrab Boil(found in most Seafood stores) 3-4 quarts of water 3-4 TBS. extra virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil, you need enough to completely cover the crab, once it is boiling add 1/2 cup crab Boil and one TBS of olive oil per quart of water. I like to add a couple whole cloves of garlic but that's optional. Boil the crab until the shells turn bright red, check to make sure the meat is completely opaque, do not overcook! |
