Marinated Lamb Recipe

  Lamb

Ingredients:
1 c. dry white vermouth
1 c. Dale's seasoning sauce*
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dry Italian seasoning

Directions:
Combine all ingredients; pour 1 c. marinade over lamb. Reserve remaining marinade; refrigerate. Cover dish or seal bag, and refrigerate 8 hours, turning frequently. Grill or broil, brushing often with reserved marinade.

*Dale's is a Southern product but any brand of a soy sauce-based marinade may be substituted.
