Chocolate Scotcheroos Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups oven toasted rice cereal
Topping:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup butterscotch morsels

Directions:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch morsels together over hot, not boiling water. Stir until blended. Remove from heat and spread over bars. Cut into 2x1-inch bars to serve. Yield: 48 bars.


Note: if you don't want the butterscotch flavor, just use all chocolate morsels.
