Chocolate Cake w/ Miracle Whip Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 pkg.(2-layer size)chocolate cake mix1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups water 1 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing Frosting: 6 tablespoons margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. powdered sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.Stir cake mix and cocoa; add remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until blended. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan or 2(9-in.)round cake pans. Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and frost . Makes 12 servings. Frosting: Beat margarine and vanilla. Add combined powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating until light and fluffy. Frost cake. | |
