Ingredients:
1qt.+2C. graham cracker crumbs2C. melted butter or margarine 1qt.+1/3C. sweetened condensed milk 1qt. semi-sweet choc. chips 1qt. shredded coconut 1qt. pecan pieces
Directions:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs & melted butter. Press into a 18x26-inch sheet pan. Spread the coconut, choc. chips, and pecan pieces over the crust. Pour the condensed milk over everything. Mix the cond. milk with the coconut, choc. chips and nuts (BE CAREFUL NOT TO PULL UP THE CRUST). Bake at 350F for 25mins. or until lightly browned. |
