Peach Upside Down Cake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
Batter:1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup melted shortening 1/2 cup peach juice 1 egg
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients over softened shortening. Add remaining ingredients. Beat, and spread over peaches.Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn upside down and let cool. |
