Peanut Butter Crinkles Recipe | |

Ingredients:
250g Butter (not Margarine)I Cup White Sugar 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Zest Of One Lemon 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 2 1/2 Cups Self-raising Flour 1 Egg
Directions:
Cream butter, vanilla, lemon and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and incorporate. Beat in peanut butter until well mixed and then fold in flour until a soft but not sloppy mixture forms. If too soft add more flour. Roll into balls and place on a greased oven tray. Dip a fork in some flour and make a criss-cross pattern on each one. Bake for ten minutes in a moderate oven and cool on a rack. |
