Enchilada Sauce Recipe

  Mexican Sauces

Ingredients:
2 T. creamy peanut butter
2T. flour
garlic powder
salt
chicken broth or bouillon dissolved in water
2 heaping T. chili powder
2 T. oil

Directions:
In a cast iron skillet, place oil and peanut butter, blend smooth.....stir in chili powder and cook till bubbly and dark red color.....stir in flour and gradually add broth...add enough until sauce consistency. Stir in garlic powder....add salt to taste......

The procedure is like you would do if making gravy...very easy and delicious....
