Cheese Grits Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups grits7 cups water 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic, pressed 1 stick margarine Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Cook grits in salted water until thick. Add remainder of ingredients and bake in casserole for 45 minutes (about 350 degrees)I have a bunch of recipes for these in the same book.
