Marinated Steak Recipe

  Beef

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon oyster sauce
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon crushed garlic (preferrably fresh)
1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly crushed peppercorn is nice)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)

Directions:
Marinade the beef, preferably for at least 1 hour. (I've done it ranging from the emergency 10-minute marinade to the 4-hour refrigerator marinade.) Keep the marinading beef in the fridge if it's going to be at least 1 hour. You may want to use a fork & poke at the beef a little (to help the marinade along).
