Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbs quick cooking tapioca1 c. boiling water 1/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. raisins 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:
In heavy saucepan, stir together tapioca, boiling water, brown sugar, raisins and Grape-Nuts. Let stand 5 minutes. Over high heat, bring the tapioca mixture to a boil. Stir well to prevent sticking. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve hot with cream.Serves 3.
