Ingredients:
4 c. peeled, finely chopped potato2 1/2 c. flaked, smoked fish (about 3/4 lb) 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1/8 tsp pepper 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. water Paprika
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside. Heat oil in heavy nonstick skillet; stir in potato mixture. Add water; cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes. Uncover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionall, or till browned. Spoon into a serving dish; sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.6 servings.
