Baked Vidalia Onions Recipe | |

Ingredients:
one Vadalia onion per personbutter beef bouillon cubes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Peel onions; remove 1/8"" to 1/4"" off of the top of each onion and create a cavity in the center of each onion large enough for a bouillon cube. 3. Place a bouillon cube in each cavity and cover the cube with a small pat of butter. 4. Wrap each onion in aluminum foil. Gather the foil at the top of the onion; twist the foil loosely so that steam can escape. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 6. Carefully remove foil and pour juice over the onion. |
