Funnel Cake Recipe

  Dutch Cakes

Ingredients:
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 cups oil for frying

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Put in funnel and drizzle over hot oil. When you drizzle, try to hook drizzles together a little. Turn over and brown on other side.

Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle powdered sugar, or cinnamon and sugar over the top. Best served warm.

I tried just drizzling from a spoon, but doesn't work well. The funnel puts out the right amount.
