Ham & Mushroom Bake Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. egg noodles2 tbsp butter 1/3 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp curry powder 1 3/4 c. milk 10 oz. pkg frozen peas 2 c. ham, chopped 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. crushed butter crackers, mixed with 1 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, saute onion and curry powder in 2 tbsp butter till onion is tender. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, all at once, cook and stir constantly till thickened and bubbly. Stir in thawed peas; remove from heat. Stir in ham and drained mushrooms. Gently fold in noodles. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker-butter mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.Serves 6.
