Pasta Salad Recipe

  Pasta

Ingredients:
1 lb. pasta shells or bow ties
1 sw. red pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, crushed
Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Combine pasta and vegetables in bowl. Combine oil and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pasta mix, stirring to coat well. Cover and chill 8 hours; stir occasionally.

12 servings.
