Fruit & Pasta Salad Recipe

  Pasta

Ingredients:
1 med. orange
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. tiny bow tie pasta, cooked & drained
2 med. apples, cored and chopped
2 tbsp sliced green onions

Directions:
Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1/2 tsp; set aside. Remove the remaining peel from orange and section orange over a bowl to catch juice. Measure 2 tbsp of the juice. In med. mixing bowl, stir together orange peel, 2 tbsp juice, yogurt, sugar and salt. Mix well; add cooked pasta, chopped apples and slice green onions; toss to coat. Gently stir in the orange sections. Cover and chill fro 2 to 24 hours.
6 servings.
