Light Graham Cracker Crust Recipe

  Pies

Ingredients:
8 (2 1/2 inch) graham cracker squares, crushed (2 oz. crumbs)
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Optional:
1/4 teaspoon grated orange or lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9-inch pie pan, combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and any one of the optional ingredients, if desired. Mix well until crumbs are moistened. Press crumbs onto bottom and up sides of pan, forming a crust. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until browned.
