Quiche Fromage Recipe

  French Brunch

Ingredients:
6 slices thick bacon
1 c. each Gouda & swiss cheese, grated
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
salt & pepper
pie pastry

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line lightly floured pie pan with pastry. Cut bacon into 1/2" strips and saute until lightly browned, not crisp. Drain on paper towel; arrange bacon on dough. Blend cheeses, milk, eggs and pour over bacon. Salt and pepper. Bake 25-30 minutes (or until custard is done).
Serves 4-6
