Hiker's Knapsack Recipe

  Pork

Ingredients:
4 thin slices ham
4 thin slices of processed cheese
2 slices of pineapple
Heavy duty aluminum foil
4 buns

Directions:
Lay a slice of cheese on a slice of ham. Fold ham and cheese over a half slice of pineapple.

Fasten edges with toothpicks. Wrap in foil "knapsacks".

Broil knapsacks over coals, turning until cheese is melted. Remove from foil and serve in buns.


Makes 4 servings each with 303 calories, 12 g fat and 46 mg cholesterol.
