spinch and orange bread Recipe

  American Bread

Ingredients:
3 eggs, large
1 cup salad oil
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
2 cups spinch, fresh no stems
1/2 orange, medium size
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
wash spinach. Drain well. Cut into 1/4 inch pieces.
Grind organg (peel and pulp) with chopper or blender. Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
Add oil and sugar, mix well.
Add spinach and orange and blend.
Sift dry ingredients, add to ligquid ingredients and mix, just to blend together.
pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
