Chile Beer Damper Recipe

  Chili

Ingredients:
3 c. flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp red chiles, such as piquina or jalapeno
24 oz. beer

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together till well combined. Spoon into greased bread pan and smooth the top. Bake for 1 hour, or till golden brown and the loaf appears done. Cool on wire rack. May be served topped with Chile Cream Cheese.
