Swordfish with Tomato and Basil Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
4 large basil leaves
2 swordfish steaks 1 inch thick
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice, fresh
kosher salt
pepper

Directions:
Arrange tomato slices in single layer on large microwavable dinner plate. Place 2 basil leaves on top. Center swordfish over tomatoes. Add oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Place remaining basil leaves on top of fish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Cook at 100% for 4 minutes. Remove from oven. Pierce plastic and let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
