Ingredients:
1/4 c butter flavor crisco1/2 c peanut butter 1 pkg butterscotch chips(12oz) 6 c corn flakes 2/3 c chocolate chips-semi sweetminiatures peanuts chopped(optional)
Directions:
Melt crisco,peanut butter and butterscotch chips in saucepan,over low heat. Pour cornflakes into large bowl. Pour hot butterscotch mixture over cornflakes.Stir with large spoon until well coated. Spoon mixture(scant 1/4 c) into mounds on wax paper-lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired. Refrigerate until firm before serving.Makes 3 doz 2 1/2 " cookies.
