Linguini Pavarotti Recipe

Ingredients:

* 450 grams (1 lb) of linguini
* 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of tomato paste, preferably Italian
* 3 garlic buds, peeled and thinly sliced
* 250 ml (1 cup) of Italian parsley (flat), finely chopped
* 190 ml high quality extra-virgin olive oil
* 15 ml (1 tablespoon) red pepper flakes (optional)
* 1 cup grated Reggiano Parmesan
* Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain without rinsing!
Mix all the other ingredients and pour over the pasta.
