Bleu Cheese Fondue Recipe

  French Dips

Ingredients:
Several oz. bleu cheese
1 package cream cheese
1 or 2 cups buttermilk (or to taste)
white wine (to taste)

Directions:
Over low flame, heat bleu and cream cheese together, adding buttermilk (and also Vit. D milk if you need more liquid and want fewer gms. fat) until reaches a thick cream. Add white wine near end and heat 1 more minute. Add more wine/milk to taste. Serve with toasted slices of baguette (rub with olive oil/fresh rosemary). Have served at several dinner parties and everyone loves it. Very easy to make!
