gorgonzola polenta Recipe

  Italian Brunch

Ingredients:
2c chicken broth
1c milk
1t salt
3/4 c dry polenta
1/2 c gorgonzola cheese
1/4 t black pepper

Directions:
Bring broth and milk, and salt to boil in a medium sauce pan. Gradually stir in polenta. Remove from heat constanlty stirring. Stir in cheese, and sprinkle with black pepper.
