Little Grandma's Pumpkin Soup Recipe | |

Ingredients:
pumpkinchicken stock half & half salt pepper paprika
Directions:
cut & peel pumpkincover with broth add 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t pepper, cover top of soup with paprika boil until very soft stir with spoon until mashed add half & half until soup consistency pumpkin and broth can be put in crockpot overnight on high to soften
"Little Grandma" only spoke hungarian & didn't wright down recipes . 1 medium pumpkin makes about 4 bowls of soup. Use enough broth to cover pumpkin and enough paprika to cover that
