Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
24 Large Mushrooms
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
1 tbsp. Horseradish
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 pd. Salad Shrimp
1/2 pd. Crab Meat

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cut up seafood into small bit size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Spoon mixture into the mushroom caps.

Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.

Makes 24 servings

Made for a birthday party and everyone loved them. People that didn't like mushrooms also suggested using the seafood mixture to stuff potatoe skins.
