Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
24 Large Mushrooms
1 Pkg. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp. Horseradish
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 Pd. Salad Shrimp
1/4 Pd. Crab Meat

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cut up seafood into small bit size pieces.
Mix all ingredients together.
Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Spoon mixture into the mushroom Caps.
Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
Makes 24 Servings.

I made for a bithday party and every one loved them. People that didn't like mushrooms suggested that that would also be a go mixture to stuff potatoe skins.
