Rhubarb Crunch Recipe | |

Ingredients:
Part 11 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup butter Part 2 4 cups sliced rhubarb Part 3 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine ingredients from part 1 and mix until creamy. Spread half on bottom of 9 inch pan. Place rhubarb (part 2) on top of batter. Combine ingredients from part 3 and cook on medium heat until clear. Pour over rhubarb and sprinkle remaining batter on top. Cook in preheated oven at 375F for 1 hour. Serve hot with lots of ice cream. |
