Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

  Pies

Ingredients:
4C Rhubarb (cut into small pieces)
1C white sugar
1C flour
1/2C white sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2T brown sugar
1 egg (beaten)
2T white sugar
1/8tsp cinnamon
dash of all spice
3T margarine
1/4C cold water

Directions:
Place rubarb in 8 inch greased dish. Pour 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Mix 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 cup flour, and baking powder. Add brown sugar and beaten egg. Spread over rhubarb. Mix 2 Tablespoons white sugar, cinnamon, and allspice. Sprinkle over mixture.Dot with margarine and sprinkle with water. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
