Ingredients:
periwinkle clams-water to cover-salt and seasonings to taste
Directions:
Put the periwinkle clams in a non-reactive pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Strain and season to taste. I saw this recipe in an old volume of Joy Of Cooking I think. It stated that these little clams make a delicious broth
