Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar 1 green onion, minced 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill overnight. | |
