Low-Fat Fettucini with Seafood Recipe | |

Ingredients:
12 oz. fettucini2 c. evaporated skim milk 4 cloves garlic, minced 6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped Ground pepper, to taste 2 cups favorite seafood, i.e. clams, shrimp, crabmeat
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. Place in large nonstick pan along with milk and garlic. Bring to simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese; continue cooking till cheese melts and sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and pepper. Add cooked seafood. (Depending of the seafood used it could have as little as 4 grams Fat. |
